They work wonderfully. The thinner soles are in a pair of jim green barefoot rangers that are my work boots. The little bit of added cushion makes 10 hour days on concrete much more enjoyable. The thicker soles were added to a pair of xero konas that fit a little too loosely and now they fit great as well as being ridiculously comfortable. A great product from a great company that you can be proud to support.
United StatesGreat insoles to combo with barefoot shoes.
These insoles have been a great addition to my barefoot shoes. I like the 6mm insole the best. It has been a good combination with my barefoot shoes while wearing them on hard man-made surfaces all day. These insoles give enough cushion on concrete but also still allow great ground feel when I walk on natural surfaces. I highly recommend!
Helpful for Hypermobile Feet
I bought these because I’ve got EDS and, although zero drop shoes help my knees and hips, the lack of cushion was leading to significant heel pain from the papules. I put these into my shoes and after two weeks, I have no more pain!

I was worried my barefoot shoes would feel too tight with the insoles but so far they are feeling good! Wearing with LEMS boulder boots, Whitin sneakers, and Atlantis Chelsea boots (which already didn’t have an insole) and appreciating the extra bit of cushion.
