Used in my Jim Green African ranger barefoot boots, took up about half a size and made it comfortable for my feet. 2nd pair I've gotten, definitely worth it.
Insoles of My Dreams
Got these for my Lems boots. Wanted a zero drop that would still offer cushion for long days and these are so very comfortable. I'll be getting several more pairs.
I made the transition to barefoot shoes last year and, though great for casual wear, I was struggling to keep up with my running. I found my shoes’ thinner soles required a longer adjustment period, so to help my feet, I added the Legacy Extra Cushion insoles. Total game changer! My feet were immediately happier and I’m back to putting in the miles with my barefoot kicks!
The only after market insoles for barefoot shoes
I know it’s against barefoot canon, but I don’t need to feel every twig and pebble on the trail. These insoles let me walk further and longer.
I have six pairs of Northsoles in all my barefoot shoes. I totally understand the desire for the thinnest possible soles to aid with flexibility and ground feel but as someone who is 6'4" and 270 lbs I need just a little more cushion than most BF shoes offer. I have them in 2 pair of Vivobarefoot, 1 pair of Hobibear, and 3 Pair of Xero's and they make a world of difference for me.
