Your shoes won't fit after these inserts
I bought these to ease my marathon training in my barefoot shoes. Doing 10 miles without support was starting to hurt my knees. However, I couldn't use these because I couldn't even stuff my feet into my shoes with these insoles in them. And these were my running shoes, so they were originally roomy and already at least a half size larger than my other shoes. A waste of money and I'm bummed I didn't think about that before I purchased. So heads up!
I use them in my Lems Primal 2
Quality insoles with a difficult to find foot-shaped, zero drop design. Added some decent cushion to thin shoes without taking up too much room.
Great to hear, Matt! Thank you taking the time to give us feedback on the Legacys. Excellent detail in your review as well which will certainly help others when considering the Legacy. Cheers, Mate.
Sole Asylum...great band
I’ve purchased three pairs of the legacy now and I love them. I had been battling plantar fasciitis for a couple years, so I had to cut back on mileage and decided to take a break from minimalist shoes for a while. I got my first pair of Legacy insoles about a year ago and since using the Legacy I haven’t had any foot issues, and have been able to gradually increase my mileage to the point that I’m once again able to train comfortably in my minimalist shoes on a daily basis. I highly recommend this product!!
Love the title of your review! Great feedback on the Legacys, that's awesome you're free of foot issues and are back getting after it! Thank you for leaving such a detailed review, this information is priceless for others who are considering getting into a pair of Legacys.
Easy to customize! I just needed something to cushion my barefoot shoes for lots of pavement walking and this does the trick! Helping to transition my feet safely
Thank you Lisa for the feedback on the Legacy! They're awesome for pounding pavement in barefoot shoes just like you say. Glad you're enjoying them!
LOVE THEM!!! Happy Feet!
Favorite insoles ever.
So glad to hear! Thank you, Sally!
