I purchased the 2 pack of 3mm and 6mm insoles. They are quality material and very durable. I work on concrete all day and wear xero shoes so I needed some support. The 3mm soles were not enough so I'm glad I got the 6mm soles as well as they have done the job. I ended up using the 3mm soles in another pair of gym shoes as the soles had worn down in them. If you need durable and comfortable insoles buy these.
Insoles are good
Help to cushion my feet in My Softstar switchback boots while I'm at work on hard floor. It's better to have both 6mm and 3mm in my boots which means a total of 9mm, because only using 6mm or 3mm isn't enough cushion on hard floor.

I’ve used these in my military boots as well as in my Merrells for years and they have been great. I’ve recently switched careers and put Northsoles in my new work boots, and still use them in my Merrells for running/hiking/vacuuming/grilling/watching the Vikings/etc.
I am significantly overweight and work 12 hour plus days. It is not uncommon for me to go without sitting at all for 12 hours. Before these insoles I thought I might have to quit my job. Comfort has improved so much, no longer struggle to walk the day after work. I have used these insoles daily for a year. Only in the past month have they started to show wear and tear. Great investment
Great insoles to ease my barefoot journey
Firm yet soft to the feet, it provides me the right support without losing the touch. Love them
