REFUND POLICY:
We understand things don't always work out. All items can be returned if they are in new condition and returned within 30 days of product delivery. Products showing any wear-and-tear will not be accepted.
Footwear must be returned in the original VIVOBAREFOOT shoe box (place this shoe box in another box for shipping).
At this time we are unable to provide pre-paid return labels; customers are responsible for all return postage. For those living around the Twin Cities (MN), arrangements can be made to return product to avoid shipping costs. Please contact us at returns@northsole.co to start a return.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
If you'd like a different size/color please place a new order and contact us at returns@northsole.co to start an exchange. Exchanges may be made for any reason within 15 days of product delivery. All items being exchanged must be in new condition; products showing any wear-and-tear will not be accepted.
